Through research,I learned about Montana's nature that is so well preserved, with the beautiful landscape and the existence of two national parks, which were chosen to be the background of both currency design. The pattern of leather is a reference back to the Native Indians who still remain a large population to this region. Their agriculture is very well-known. Hence, I chose to create a mark that represent of what they are known for with incorporation of their State's flower, animal, and fish. Color palette is the reference to the State's flag with gold and blue.
